- The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborates professionally within CHS departments to ensure quality functionality and condition of premises.
- Practices autonomy when making decisions that are appropriate for independent judgement and consults Manager of Transportation and Maintenance when necessary.
- Performs corrective and preventative maintenance tasks of great variety with a professional and practical mind and attention to detail.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Accepts and carries out special assignments or duties when requested.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Associates Degree, or technical certificate from an accredited college in a related field. 3 years of maintenance experience. An equivalent combination of experiences and education may be considered.
- OSHA certified preferred.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must provide proof of personal valid vehicle insurance
