Description The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Board
Certified Behavioral Analyst \"BCBA\" to work with young adults and
adults in the CBDS (Community Based Day Supports) program and our shared
living and outreach program. These individuals will have mild to
moderate intellectual disabilities and some behavioral difficulties. Now
offering a \$3,000 sign on bonus! YOUR ROLE AS A BOARD CERTIFIED
BEHAVIORAL ANALYST-BCBA: The Behavior Analyst is a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who facilitates Positive Behavior Interventions
and Supports (PBIS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavior
analytic services for the above listed programs. The Behavior Analyst
provides relevant training to management and staff. A key objective of
the role is to implement the principles of Positive Behavior Supports
for the division. Positive Behavior Supports (PBIS) is a person-centered
framework with strategies designed to increase quality of life and
decrease behavior that negatively affects a person\'s life. The focus of
PBIS is teaching new skills and making positive changes in the
environment to facilitate behavior change. Developing Positive
Behavioral Support Plans, Medication Treatment Plans, Functional
Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Support Plans Data compiling and
analysis, guiding and supporting the management team regarding the
clinical and behavioral needs of persons served Being a part of the
Individual Support Plan team for individuals with behavior and clinical
needs. Assisting with the data collection to facilitate the medication
Management Process. Supervision And Support Of RBT Staff. REQUIRMENTS
Master\'s Degree BCBA Certification and licensed in the State of
Massachusetts Is Required. 3-5 Years Previous Experience Preferred
Reliable, registered & insured vehicle for travel between program
locations. Approved driving record check Approved criminal background
