We are currently seeking a Full-Time Daytime LPN (7 AM – 3:30 PM) to join our select, high-performing clinical team at our Scotch Plains residence.

Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Provide hands-on care to hospice and palliative care patients
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the RN and care team
- Support comfort-focused interventions, including pain and symptom management
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver seamless, holistic care
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the EMR
Schedule & Expectations
- Full-Time | 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Alternating weekend requirement
We provide care both within our residence and throughout the community. As part of our commitment to continuity and excellence:
- All team members are cross-trained across care settings
- While this role is primarily based in our Scotch Plains residence, there may be occasional opportunities to assist in the field for several hours as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license (NJ)
- Experience prefferred, but not required, in hospice, long-term care, rehab, or acute care
- Strong clinical awareness and communication skills
