Position Details
Location: Warrenton, VA
Work Type: Primarily In-Person (80% in office)
We believe in the power of in-person therapeutic connection and are seeking therapists who enjoy building relationships face-to-face with clients.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Resident in Counseling (LPC-Resident) or LMFT-Resident license in Virginia
- Is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families
- Desires mentorship and professional development
- Is comfortable working primarily in person
- Wants to build a strong and sustainable therapy practice
Experience or interest in areas such as:
- Anxiety & depression
- Trauma recovery
- Couples counseling
- Family therapy
Compensation
Competitive compensation structure based on client sessions and to start most are paid $50 per client session. Additional details discussed during the interview process - to include our steady increase structure.
