About Us

The Center for Food as Medicine, Longevity & Healthspan (CFAML) is a nonprofit research organization dedicated to advancing the scientific integration of nutrition into disease prevention, treatment, and healthspan optimization. Our work focuses on the rigorous evaluation and translation of evidence on the therapeutic role of food and dietary supplements across clinical and public-health contexts.

We are undertaking a multi-year initiative to develop comprehensive academic literature reviews and applied research syntheses examining how food and dietary supplements influence disease processes, functional aging, and overall healthspan. This work is intended to support clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and informed members of the public through methodologically sound, evidence-based resources.
