Position Summary:
Center For Family Services is seeking a Clinician for it's Promoting Success Program. The Promoting Success Program is a comprehensive mental health program providing in home or in community counseling as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children and young adults ages 5-21 and their families who reside in Sussex County. The program will provide an array of services for a minimum of six months to achieve successful outcomes.
Location: Sussex County, NJ
Job Type/Status: Fee for service
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to;
- Assess needs and provide therapy to families and children in home or in community
- Monitor case progress toward goal achievement
- Practice sound clinical and case management judgement
- Submit and maintain paperwork in an EHR as per agency and expectations
- Participate in individual supervision as per licensing regulations
- Travel throughout Sussex County
Qualifications
- Must have a professional License: LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and assessment skills
- Excellent writing skills and computer literate
- Must be energetic, reliable, and organized
- Must be culturally sensitive to work with diverse populations.
- Valid NJ Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Must be willing to provide community-based services to families in the home community
- Evening availability required
