Clinical Coordinator - STAR/Reconnections (5965)

Location: Cape May and Salem Counties, NJ

Job Type/Status: Part Time (Temporary, 20 hour per week)

Salary: $40 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager 

· Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools  

· Demonstrate progress toward program goals 

· Supervision of program staff  

· Coordination and monitoring of program services 

· Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care  

· Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and  improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program  sustainability.  

· Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model  · Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System 

· Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times · Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and  recovery plans 

· Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor · Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call  schedules

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree and Any Master's Level  Clinical License (LPC, LCADC, LCSW) Related to the field
• 3-4 years of management experience required, 5-6 years preferred
• Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or National  Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist
• Current driver's license with a great driving record of at least three years
