Job Type/Status: Full Time

Salary: $40,000 annually

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for adolescent clients and their families to scheduled ASHURI appointments, such as psychiatric evaluations, to/from program, and other destinations as assigned.
• Assist in the implementation of a transportation system for clients.
• Coordinate transportation needs with the program supervisor and staff.
• Coordinate and develop, as necessary, client pick-up lists for all scheduled trips, activities, and appointments.
• Ensure the safe transportation of clients who utilize the service.
• Complete all paperwork as required within specific timeframes.
• Arrange and ensure that all services for the vehicle are performed and completed as scheduled.
• Provide input to the ASURI staff on consumer transportation needs and to help develop and revise transportation services as needed.
• Other responsibilities as needed/assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No driving infractions on driving abstract.
• Knowledge of Sussex County preferred.
