Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- On-call requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee care provided on a 38-bed short-term unit
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Closely work with professional team members, patients and families to optimize outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR/BLS/AED certification required
- At least 2 years' experience in long-term care
- Management experience preferred
