In this role, you will provide professional development, coaching, and support to early educators, directly impacting the quality of care and education for young children.
Duties
- Collaborate with early childhood providers to strengthen teacher-child interactions.
- Deliver individualized coaching, technical assistance, and professional development opportunities.
- Support programs in understanding and implementing quality improvement plans.
- Participate in community engagement efforts and statewide quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or a related field).
- Experience working with children ages 0–5 in early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of or certification in CLASS® (Infant, Toddler, and/or Pre-K) preferred (training available if not certified).
- Strong communication, coaching, and adult learning facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally (approximately 30%) to support providers.
