The Teach for the Kingdom Director leads the development and implementation of a teacher pipeline program to support Christian schools in Ohio due to the acute shortage of teacher candidates for open position. This position focuses on building partnerships with Christian colleges, recruiting and preparing future teachers, and ensuring program sustainability through marketing, financial structures, and strong member school engagement.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with Occasional Statewide Travel

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, growth, and viability of a Christian school teacher development program that will ensure an adequate pool of teacher candidates for Christian schools in Ohio.
- Create and implement a marketing strategy that brings OCEN member schools and their students into the program.
- Meet regularly with school leaders, parent groups, and students to build participation and buy-in to the program from OCEN members schools and to effectively recruit prospective teachers from OCEN member schools into the program.
- Develop a financial structure that allows for payment flows to OCEN for management of the program.
- Coordinate all necessary details between OCEN and the partner university to ensure the highest level of stakeholder services.
- Explore others means for expanding the pool of teacher candidates and for connecting experienced teachers with OCEN member schools.
- Collaborate with universities and other interested parties to create appropriate training on biblical worldview and the formation of a Christian school teacher.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Ability to frame and communicate a new program effectively to prospective stakeholders.
- Sales and marketing background and/or mindset.
- Ability to create and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to build partnerships between different stakeholders and lead toward a common goal.
- Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
