What You’ll Do:
As our New Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face patients encounter on their fertility journey. You’ll guide them through the registration and scheduling process, ensure their information is accurate, and set the tone for a supportive and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist new patients throughout the registration process.
Schedule initial consultations and coordinate patient appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the EMR system.
Protect patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Demonstrate teamwork and clear communication across departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Contribute to a welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere through courtesy and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or healthcare certification preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a medical office or customer service role.
Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems a plus.
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment.
Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor.
