York, NY Full Time
POSTED ON 7/18/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/16/2026

We are excited to announce that CAA has been selected as a host site for the 2026-2027 NYC Civic Corps program through AmeriCorps. We are recruiting two full-time fellows to join our team this fall and help us build the foundation of support, creativity, and community that allows our neurodiverse participants and their families to grow, connect, and thrive.

Two positions available:

  • Program Development Member: This fellow will support CAA's program coordinators by implementing our new program evaluation framework, building program documentation tools, and helping facilitators use data to continuously strengthen the quality of our programs. They will also support growth in the number of families we serve by coordinating third-party programming and building referral pathways with schools and community organizations.
  • Community Outreach & Engagement Member: This fellow will expand CAA's presence in the community by building and managing a Community Resource Guide, deepening our partner network, and coordinating community events including tabling, pop-up cafes, art shows, and professional development workshops. They will also manage our newsletter and digital outreach and support volunteer engagement.
