Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and elevated first impression
- Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing the daily schedule for efficiency and flow
- Coordinate new patient onboarding and ensure a smooth, organized experience from start to finish
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out, including reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records through data entry, documentation, and attention to detail
- Utilize dental software and office tools (e.g., practice management systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dentrix Ascend) to support daily operations
- Support patient education and communication by answering questions and guiding next steps
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role preferred
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with patients
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and office systems (dental software experience is a plus)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
