What we offer:
A part-time offer for the next year as you train and learn our systems. This job will transition into a full-time position in 1 year as our current assistant of 30 years retires. Part-time may mean either a few hours per day Monday-Thursday (we dot not work Fridays or weekends) and/or some full 8 hour days.
A salary increase as you transition from part-time to full-time.
Intensive training and mentorship on all aspects of dental surgery and our office systems.

The ability to maintain attention to detail, organization, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized surgical environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Familiarity with digital technology (CBCT, intra-oral scanner, dental software).
X-Ray license from the state of Pennsylvania.
History of dental assistant training or education.
