Job Title: Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst, Terminal Logistics
Location: In-Person (Los Angeles, CA)
Overview: Center Capital Partners (www.centercp.com) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Terminal Logistics (www.terminallogistics.com) team and support the growth of our Industrial Outdoor Storage investment platform.
Terminal Logistics is one of the fastest-growing IOS platforms in the country. The position offers a rare chance to join a small, high-conviction team at an early yet proven stage. The Analyst will support the full investment lifecycle across sourcing, underwriting, and asset management, working directly with senior leadership – must be entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and ready to own their work from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting & Deal Execution
• Underwrite IOS acquisition opportunities across target markets, building and maintaining financial models
• Support the conversion of AI-generated and broker leads into actionable deal opportunities
• Assist with due diligence, third-party reports, site inspections, and transaction checklists
• Work closely with legal, brokers, and lenders to support smooth deal closings
Sourcing Support
• Assist in identifying and prioritizing target markets, submarkets, and asset profiles
• Help manage and track the deal pipeline from initial lead through closing
• Support broker outreach and relationship tracking across key IOS markets
Market Intelligence & Analytics
• Own and maintain the team's comparable sales and lease database (comps)
• Own and manage the deal pipeline tracker, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date status across all active and prospective transactions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment decisions
• Synthesize data into clear summaries and presentations for the team
Asset Management Support
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, including tenant updates and leasing support
• Assist with property-level reporting and coordination with third-party managers
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 1–2 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, or a related field
• Background may include brokerage, financial modeling, asset management, acquisitions, or related real estate roles
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Skills & Traits:
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful ("no task too small" mindset)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with real estate underwriting a plus
