Role Description
The Administrative Assistant role is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbia, MD. The Administrative Assistant will answer and route phone calls, greet and assist visitors, ensure a professional, welcoming office environment, and support the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations and coordination. This role provides daily administrative and clerical support to the financial team, including managing calendars, scheduling client meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting both the team and clients.
Compensation:
