MUST SUBMIT ACT 168 FORM TO ALL CURRENT AND FORMER EMPLOYERS WHERE YOU HAVE HAD DIRECT CONTACT WITH CHILDREN.

Qualifications
- Must possess significant and successful coaching experience
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and teach students in their respective programs
- Assist with the design and maintenance of a successful program
- Integrate the individual sports program with the educational purposes of the school
