Key Responsibilities
- Food Delivery and Presentation:
- Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards.
- Verify that orders are complete and accurate before delivering to the customer.
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail and excellent presentation.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while delivering food.
- Ensure that customers have everything they need, such as condiments or utensils.
- Address customer requests or inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inform servers or management of any customer feedback or issues with food delivery.
- Collaboration with Kitchen and Waitstaff:
