Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Closer located in Firestone, CO, with some remote work flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Closer will be responsible for reviewing loan documents for accuracy, preparing closing packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating loan funding, and communicating with escrow agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely execution of closing processes are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes
- Familiarity with Loan Documents and the closing process
- Expertise in managing Funding and Escrow processes for loans
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with occasional on-site presence in Firestone, CO
- Proficiency in relevant mortgage or financial software is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
