About the Role
We’re looking for a Auto Lease Servicing Specialist to join our growing Auto Lease Servicing Department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate loan servicing while delivering exceptional support to our credit union partners and borrowers.

Education & Experience: High School diploma required; 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry preferred but not required
What You’ll Do
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Process lease payments and payoffs
- Manage escrow accounts (titles, insurance, etc.)
- Review and ensure accuracy of lease files
- Import new lease loans into our system
- Document filing and follow-up
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and credit unions
- Assist with post-loan closing duties and month-end tasks
- Initiate wire and ACH transfers as needed
- Support other loan servicing functions as assigned
