Responsibilities

• Greet customers and callers with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer support through multi-line phone systems and in-person interactions
• Manage incoming calls using phone etiquette to address inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• CRM requirements House Call Pro/Service Titan
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing office supporting daily office operations
• Assist with front desk responsibilities by managing visitor sign-in procedures and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Very happy and personable phone calls
• Handle re scheduling, Booking calls and jobs
• Estimate follow ups
• Happy calls (follow up calls after work is done to ensure customer satisfaction)
• Demonstrate technical proficiency with computer literacy skills necessary for efficient office management and clerical tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, with strong phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Familiarity with office management tools such as CRM's House Call Pro and Service Titan spreadsheets
• Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Must be able to handle scheduling, entering customers information, follow up calls and text messages
• Prior office experience including clerical work, administrative support, or personal assistant roles is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively
