Key Responsibilities
- Site Plot Planning: Develop and manage the temporary site plot plan, including contractor trailers, fabrication areas, equipment staging, and lunchrooms
- Equipment Coordination: Manage the mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment (cranes, aerial lifts, generators). Be POC for support of that equipment
- Contractor Logistics: Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers; cleaners, fuel mule drivers, security issues, parking, and transportation for workforce
- Facilities Management: Support the Turnaround team and contractors in all facility maintenance and problem solving
- Waste & Services: Coordinate essential services including hydro-blasting water supply, vacuum truck movements, trash removal, and portable sanitation
- Scheduling Integration: Work closely with the TAR Scheduler to ensure the logistics plan aligns with the P6 schedule
Required Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Demonstratable knowledge of the logistics needs for a turnaround
- Communication: Ability to negotiate with vendors and maintain a cool head during high-pressure execution phases
- Safety Mindset: Deep understanding of OSHA standards, permitting, and refinery safety protocols
Work schedule: 40 hours/week, but during execution individual will be expected to work 7-13s
