- Monitor and oversee product movement, staging, and deployment readiness
- Ensure accuracy of inventory documentation and records related to prestaging and shipment
- Review and approve prestaging initiatives for ATMs, TCRs, and Smart Safes.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and logistics teams to align warehouse processes with project schedules
- Verify compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and processes
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of staged products and warehouse processes
- Monitor product readiness and development stages to ensure quality standards are met
- Document and report quality issues; prepare quality reports for management review
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and product teams to resolve quality concerns
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and develop corrective actions for quality issues
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
- Other duties as assigned
