Position Summary
As a Lead ES Technician, Level III, you will be required to install, program, service, test, inspect Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV/IP-Video, and Access Control Systems.

As a Lead ES Technician, Level III, you will be required to install, program, service, test, inspect Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV/IP-Video, and Access Control Systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Service and install Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV/IP-Video, and Access Control security systems
- Perform testing and inspections on all types of electronic security systems
- Install appropriate devices, dismantle and reconstruct equipment as required by the customer or management
- Serve as Leader on installation projects, instructing crew and ensuring project is on track
- Follow proper schematic wiring diagrams and hook-up procedures
- Read building, electrical, and sprinkler blueprints as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 8 years of Electronic Security industry experience, required
- Must have in-depth experience of at least 2 of 4 ES categories: FA, BA, CCTV, Access
- Has current OEM certifications and ability to acquire specific OEM certifications provided by company
- Has current or have ability to acquire Nicet-1 within first 90 days, Nicet-2 within six (6) months
- Can demonstrate excellent experience with commercial cabling and construction practices
- Ability to lead a crew of technicians on projects small to large in scale
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
- Be willing to be training on other lines of business: Banking and Retail
- Ability to work safely on construction sites using ladders and lifts
- Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
