Location Requirement: Yardley, PA, or Ewing, NJ (Cenlar Offices) Please note that this position is based at our Yardley, PA or Ewing, NJ Cenlar locations. The role requires on-site presence for 4 days per week. When applying, kindly ensure that you are local to this site and/or able to commute reliably. The Foreclosure Specialists are responsible for managing a pipeline of loans in various states from foreclosure referral to sale. These positions may perform various state specific or functionalized processes to achieve a complete foreclosure and could include high level research, analysis of risk, and effective business decisions. Responsibilities: Accurately updates systems, such as Director (fka Black Knight MSP), LoanSphere FC (fka LPS Desktop PM) to insure controls are met and procedures are followed Manages a pipeline of loans driving foreclosures from referral to sale on a timely basis Reviews daily management reports to ensure compliance with foreclosure timeframes and departmental procedures Assists with implementation of department policies and procedures Assists with or deals directly with complex or problem files or accounts requiring special handling Attends Court hearings as needed Completes other duties and projects as assigned by management Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards Interface: External – All clients, investors, insurers, attorneys and vendors Internal - All Cenlar employees, Management, Customer Service Department, Cash Management Department, Other Default Departments such as Loss Mitigation, Litigation, and Default Compliance Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 3 to 5 years of foreclosure experience Excellent communication skills; oral and written Thorough knowledge of FHA/VA; PMI, FNMA/FHLMC servicing guidelines and requirements Knowledge of Black Knight systems LoanSphere FC (fka LPS Desktop PM) and Director (fka MSP) Familiar with foreclosure laws in a multi-state portfolio Detail oriented, ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, and possess the ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical skills Able to work in fast paced environment Working knowledge with PC word processing, spreadsheets and software applications Total Rewards: At Cenlar, you’ll receive an outstanding benefits package that includes paid medical, dental, and life insurance, 401(k), and tuition assistance as well as opportunities for training and professional advancement. Pay Range Details $45,283.00 - $69,283.00 Annually The actual compensation offered will depend on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This range represents the reasonable minimum and maximum salary the company expects to pay for this position.
