We’re looking for dependable and energetic team members who enjoy the outdoors and love helping others have fun on the water.

Role Overview

The Boat Rental Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and positive guest experiences. This position involves assisting with rentals, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety on and off the water, and keeping the launch area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with equipment rentals.

• Set up, clean, and maintain kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, and safety gear.

• Provide safety instructions and help guests get on and off the water safely.

• Manage check-ins, take payments, and handle card transactions.

• Monitor equipment usage and report any issues or damage.

• Keep the launch area tidy, organized, and safe for guests.

• Capture guest photos for social media (with permission) to highlight fun experiences.

• Support the overall daily operations of Cenla Water Rentals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Friendly, responsible, and customer-service oriented.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/work on your feet for extended periods.

• Comfortable around water and boats (swimming skills preferred).

• Available to work most weekends.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required).

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
