SCHEDULE: Part Time Monday-Friday 8am-12pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Clean facility in accordance with established cleaning schedule.
2. Handle general housekeeping and laundry duties.
3. Assist with client room cleaning and turnover.
4. Ensure public restrooms are clean.
5. Secure all equipment on a daily basis.
6. Comply with all safety procedures for equipment operation, including use of personal protection equipment.
7. Report any necessary repairs or replacement to your supervisor.
8. Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadlines and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
9. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture to help maintain a positive working environment for all team members.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and foundation matters and refer questionable issues to your supervisor.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the non-exempt functions as defined in this job description.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Knowledge and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms
• Ability to use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops and other cleaning tools
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
• Ability to consistently uphold the Core Principles of Cenikor's Culture:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 1-year experience as a housekeeper/cleaner/custodian

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb and descend stairs
• Ability to see within normal parameters
• Ability to hear within normal range
• Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds
