Responsibilities
- Operate the tills (Point of Sale) system accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist finding products.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and confidence
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restock supplies, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store inviting and well-organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience
