Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rental Coordinator to manage and track rental equipment. The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rental equipment, ensuring timely returns, and helping to reduce costs associated with rental equipment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain records of rental equipment.
- Update equipment status on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely return of rental equipment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce rental costs and improve efficiency.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding rental equipment and ensure we are charging to the correct charge codes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to rental equipment usage and costs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the rental equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to rental equipment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience required
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Proven work experience as a Rental Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with the equipment rental process and refinery operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of rental equipment and inventory management.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with multiple visits to job sites.
- Full-time position working a 4-10 schedule, no OT

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $23.50-$24.50per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:
Must have a valid driver’s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
