Human Resources Generalist
Location: Carson, CA
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Are you looking to grow your HR career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and HR process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruiting efforts for hourly and professional positions
• Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data
• Conduct HR audits and maintain employee records
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational initiatives
• Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Shared Services teams
• Drive continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
• Recruiting experience for hourly employees
• Employee relations and conflict resolution experience
• HR administration or internship experience
• Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or industrial experience
