Cleared Security Escort - ND

CenCore is hiring a Cleared Security Escort with an active Secret clearance to support secure facility operations in Grand Forks, North Dakota. You will escort authorized and uncleared personnel, maintain continuous visual contact, help prevent unauthorized access, and enforce site security and safety procedures. This mission-support role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and prompt incident reporting in a high-security environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort authorized and uncleared personnel through secure and restricted areas.
• Maintain continuous visual contact and monitor compliance with security and safety procedures.
• Prevent unauthorized access and immediately stop unsafe or unsecured work.
• Identify and report security, safety, and scope-of-work violations to the Escort Supervisor.
• Escalate incidents promptly to support timely resolution.
• Maintain situational awareness and recognize potential security or safety risks.
• Provide professional customer service when interacting with escorted personnel.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Active and current Secret security clearance.
• Ability to interpret documents and apply rules and procedures accurately.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance for select assignments.

Compensation Overview
Base pay: $22 per hour.
