CENCO Claims works alongside insurance carriers nationwide to deliver reliable residential property claims support. As spring weather patterns bring increased wind, hail, and heavy rain across Middle Tennessee, we’re expanding our network of Daily Claims Adjusters in the Nashville market.
This role is well suited for adjusters who want consistent field assignments, flexibility in their schedule, and dependable operational support.
What You’ll Handle:

Conduct on-site inspections for residential losses related to wind, hail, water, and other seasonal events

Document damages with detailed photos and organized inspection notes

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and carrier partners
-
Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines
What You Bring:

Active home state adjuster license
-
Experience with Xactimate; Symbility knowledge is a plus

Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools

Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to take on assignments promptly and stay on schedule
