As spring storms bring increased thunderstorm activity, wind-driven rain, and occasional hail across the Tampa Bay area, we are looking to add dependable Daily Property Adjusters to assist with residential property claims throughout the Tampa, Florida region.
This field-based position is ideal for adjusters seeking steady inspection assignments, flexible scheduling, and the ability to manage claims independently while receiving reliable support from an experienced internal claims team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses
Evaluate damage caused by thunderstorms, wind, hail, and water intrusion
Capture clear photos, measurements, and detailed field documentation
Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate
Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
Manage claim files from inspection through final submission
Ensure all reports and documentation are complete, organized, and submitted on time
What We're Looking For
Experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred
Knowledge of residential construction and storm-related property damage
Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Active Florida adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
