Residential Property Adjuster – Indianapolis Region

With spring bringing increased severe weather across Indiana—including wind, hail, and heavy rain events—we are seeking reliable Daily Property Adjusters to inspect and handle residential property claims throughout the Indianapolis, Indiana area.

This field-based role is well suited for adjusters who appreciate consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and the ability to manage their own field workload while supported by an experienced internal claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Evaluate damages caused by spring storms, hail, wind, water intrusion, and other covered events

• Develop accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photos and thorough field documentation

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carrier representatives

• Manage claim files from inspection through final submission

Requirements

• Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software preferred

• Strong understanding of residential construction and property damage assessment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently and meet reporting timelines

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Indiana adjuster license or designated home state license
