Residential Property Adjuster – Cleveland Market

CENCO Claims is seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support field assignments throughout Cleveland and the Northeast Ohio area as spring weather drives increased claim activity. With wind, hail, and seasonal storms picking up across the region, this is an excellent opportunity to step into consistent field work with flexibility and strong internal support.

What the Role Looks Like:

• Perform on-site property inspections for losses related to wind, hail, water, fire, and other spring weather events

• Capture clear, thorough photo documentation and detailed inspection notes

• Write and submit accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage assigned claims efficiently while meeting required submission timelines

What You’ll Need:

• Active Ohio adjuster license (or designated home state license)

• Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus)

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills

• Ability to accept assignments quickly and submit reports on time
