Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential properties and evaluate reported damages

• Create accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Document findings with detailed photos and written reports

• Communicate clearly with policyholders and carrier partners

• Manage claim files efficiently and submit reports on time

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Xactimate

• Understanding of residential construction and common property damages

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Active Nevada or designated home state adjuster license
