What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Property Adjuster Southwest Missouri Area position at CENCO CLAIMS LLC?
As spring storms move through Southwest Missouri, CENCO is increasing field coverage across the Joplin region to support rising claim volume. We partner with leading insurance carriers to deliver timely, accurate inspections following hail, wind, tornado, and severe weather events common this time of year.
We're currently looking for Daily Property Claims Adjusters who want consistent assignments, a strong support system, and the opportunity to stay active throughout the season.
What You'll Be Handling:
Perform on-site inspections of residential and light commercial properties impacted by spring storms
Document damages with clear photos, detailed notes, and organized reports
Evaluate coverage and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage multiple claims while meeting required timelines
What We're Looking For:
Active adjuster license or qualifying home state license
Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving field environment
