CENCO Claims is expanding its residential field operations and is seeking dependable Property Adjusters to handle daily claim inspections across the Las Vegas, NV area. As spring brings increased wind events, sudden rainstorms, and roof-related losses across southern Nevada, this role offers a steady pipeline of residential assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced claims team.
Position Overview:
This role centers on completing residential inspections, documenting storm-related damages, and delivering accurate, timely claim files that meet carrier expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections of residential properties following recent weather activity

Assess and document damages from wind, rain, and related loss events

Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate

Upload photos, measurements, and field notes in accordance with carrier guidelines

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, contractors, and claim partners

Manage assignments efficiently to meet required timelines
What We’re Looking For:

Working knowledge of Xactimate

Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills

Ability to manage workload independently in a field environment

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Active Nevada adjuster license or reciprocal/home state license
