This role is ideal for adjusters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing claims from the desk while supporting field inspections and policyholders.
What You’ll Do

Review and manage residential property claims related to wind, hail, water, and other covered events

Analyze inspection reports, photos, and documentation submitted by field adjusters

Prepare and review repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

Maintain organized claim files while meeting carrier guidelines and reporting timelines
What We’re Looking For

Licensing: Active Georgia adjuster license or designated home state license

Estimating Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

Technical Skills: Comfortable reviewing documentation, estimates, and claim files digitally
