Property Claims Field Adjuster – South Mississippi

CENCO Claims is growing its daily claims presence across South Mississippi and is seeking a field-based Property Claims Adjuster to support residential property losses. This role is well suited for adjusters who prefer local assignments, clear file expectations, and the flexibility to manage their own inspection schedule.

What This Role Looks Like
You’ll be responsible for completing field inspections, documenting damage, and submitting well-organized claim files. The emphasis is on accuracy, professionalism, and consistent turnaround.

Primary Duties:

• Complete on-site inspections of residential property damage

• Evaluate loss details and determine scope of repairs

• Write clean, accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Gather thorough photo documentation and supporting notes

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders and carrier contacts

• Track and submit claim files in accordance with assigned timelines

• Represent CENCO Claims in a professional manner in the field

What We’re Seeking:

• Active Mississippi adjuster license or reciprocal/home state license

• Familiarity with property estimating platforms (Xactimate required)

• Knowledge of residential construction methods and materials

• Strong file organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Reliable transportation and standard field equipment
