Property Claims Adjuster – Rochester Market

CENCO Claims partners with insurance carriers nationwide to deliver dependable residential property claims services. As winter transitions into spring across Southern Minnesota—bringing thaw-related issues, wind, and early-season storms—we’re growing our network of Daily Claims Adjusters in the Rochester market.

This role is a great fit for adjusters who want consistent assignments, flexibility in the field, and reliable support from an experienced team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for storm and weather-related damages

• Document findings with detailed photos and well-structured field notes

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines

Qualifications:

• Active adjuster license

• Experience with Xactimate; Symbility familiarity is beneficial

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills

• Ability to take on assignments promptly and maintain turnaround expectations
