CENCO Claims is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential and commercial property claims in Bentonville, AR and nearby areas. This is a field-based position with steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess property damage

• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software

• Take clear photo documentation and provide thorough written reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers

• Submit timely and accurate claim files

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Xactimate

• Solid knowledge of property damage and construction

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• Arkansas or designated home state adjuster license

• Preferred: 2 years of field experience in property claims adjusting
