CENCO Claims is actively seeking a dependable and detail-focused Daily Property Claims Adjuster to support residential and light commercial property claims throughout the Myrtle Beach, SC area. This field-based role offers consistent claim flow, flexible scheduling, and reliable support from an experienced internal claims team.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for adjusters who take pride in accurate inspections, clear communication, and delivering a strong policyholder experience while maintaining carrier expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and light commercial properties for storm, wind, and water-related damage

• Capture thorough documentation including photos, measurements, and field notes

• Prepare accurate estimates and detailed reports in a timely manner

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry standards

• Provide a positive and professional experience for policyholders throughout the claims process

Requirements

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access and navigating damaged properties independently

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment
