Insurance Adjuster – Greensboro Territory

CENCO Claims is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjusters to support residential property claims throughout the Greensboro, North Carolina region. As wind and hail season approaches, our team is expanding to help serve policyholders and carrier partners with timely, professional claim handling.

This field-based opportunity offers steady assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced claims team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties for damage related to wind, hail, water, and other covered events

• Prepare accurate estimates and clear, detailed inspection reports

• Document losses with photos and written summaries that meet carrier guidelines

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process

What We're Looking For

• Prior property adjusting experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with Xactimate, or willingness to learn estimating software

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in the field, including roof inspections

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment

• Basic knowledge of construction or residential repair practices is a plus
