CENCO Claims provides dependable residential property claims support to insurance carriers across the country. As spring weather patterns bring increased wind, dust storms, hail, and occasional heavy rain to West Texas, we’re expanding our network of Daily Claims Adjusters in the El Paso market.
This role is a strong fit for adjusters looking for consistent field work, flexible scheduling, and a team that keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspect residential properties to evaluate damage from wind, hail, and other covered events

Document losses with detailed photos, measurements, and organized field notes

Build accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and carrier contacts

Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting carrier timelines
What You’ll Need:

Active Texas All-Lines Adjuster License
-
Experience with Xactimate (Symbility familiarity is helpful)

Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Ability to take on assignments quickly and maintain turnaround expectations
