As spring weather drives increased claim activity across Central Iowa, CENCO Claims is expanding field operations throughout the Des Moines area. We partner with leading insurance carriers to deliver timely, accurate property inspections following wind, hail, and severe weather events common this time of year.
We’re currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters who want consistent assignments, flexibility in the field, and reliable support from a team that keeps claims moving efficiently.
What You’ll Be Handling:
Perform on-site inspections for property damage caused by wind, hail, heavy rain, fire, and other seasonal events
Document losses with clear photos, detailed notes, and well-organized reports
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage multiple claims while meeting required submission timelines
What We’re Looking For:
Working knowledge of Xactimate and/or Symbility
Understanding of property damage evaluation and repair scope
Reliable transportation and standard field equipment
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Active Iowa adjuster license or designated home state license
