As spring weather brings increased storm activity across Central Alabama, CENCO Claims is expanding field coverage throughout the Birmingham area. We’re looking for Daily Property Claims Adjusters who want consistent assignments, flexibility in the field, and strong support from a team that keeps claims moving efficiently.
In this role, you’ll stay focused on inspections and documentation while our internal team helps coordinate assignments, communication, and file flow.
What You’ll Be Handling:
Perform on-site inspections for property damage caused by wind, hail, heavy rain, fire, and other spring-related events
Document losses with clear photos, detailed notes, and well-structured reports
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage assigned claims and meet required turnaround times
What We’re Looking For:
Working knowledge of Xactimate
Understanding of property damage evaluation and repair scope
Reliable transportation and standard field equipment
Strong organization and communication skills
Active Alabama adjuster license or designated home state license
