Daily Property Field Adjuster – Knoxville Market

CENCO Claims is growing its daily claims operation in East Tennessee and is currently seeking a Daily Claims Adjuster to support residential property losses in the Knoxville region. This field-based role is ideal for adjusters looking for consistent assignments, flexibility, and reliable internal support.

Position Details:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential property damage

• Evaluate losses and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files efficiently from inspection through submission

• Meet carrier and internal reporting timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Active home state adjuster license or approved reciprocal license

• Familiarity with Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of residential construction and damage evaluation

• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
