CENCO Claims is expanding coverage along the North Carolina coast and is seeking a dependable Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential property claims in the Wilmington area. This field-based role offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced internal claims team.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate wind, storm, and water-related damage

Capture detailed documentation, including photos, measurements, and field notes

Prepare accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and carrier representatives

Manage claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry standards

Provide a positive and professional experience for policyholders throughout the claims process
What We’re Looking For

Property claims experience preferred but not required

Familiarity with Xactimate or willingness to learn

Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to perform field inspections, including roof climbs and navigating damaged properties

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment
